Gaviso CXA Terms of Use

Platform Provider: Gaviso Digital Marketing, LLC (“Gaviso,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)

Platform Name: Gaviso CXA (Customer Experience Automation)

1. Platform Access

By subscribing to and using Gaviso CXA, you agree to these Terms of Use. Gaviso CXA is a white-labeled automation platform that provides CRM, marketing, and business automation tools. Your use of the platform is subject to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable subscription agreement.

2. Subscription & Billing

  • All plans are billed monthly or annually based on your selected billing cycle.
  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
  • You may cancel your plan at any time; your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for unused time, features, or credits.

3. CXA Credits & Usage-Based Billing

  • Each plan includes a monthly allotment of CXA Credits, which can be applied toward usage-based tools such as AI-generated content, Funnel AI, review replies, voice automation, SMS add-ons, and more.
  • Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and do not roll over to the next month.
  • Credits are not refundable, even if unused.
  • If your usage exceeds your monthly included credits, the additional usage will be billed to the payment method on file at the applicable tool rate.
  • Continued use of the platform after exceeding credits constitutes authorization to charge your card for additional usage.

4. Account Management

  • Each subscription tier includes a defined number of user seats and contact storage.
  • You are responsible for managing your user access and ensuring only authorized personnel use your account.
  • Unauthorized use, abuse, or sharing of login credentials may result in account suspension.

5. Cancellation & Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be issued for partial months, unused credits, or remaining subscription time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in activity that disrupts service quality for other users.

6. Limitation of Liability

Gaviso CXA is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. Gaviso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use, data loss, downtime, or business interruption.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes go into effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
